Mr. Jose R. Correia

Correia, Jose R., of Somerville, February 13^th, 2017 at age 82. Devoted husband of the late Albina J. Correia (Victoria). Loving father of Ilda Silva and her husband Luis, Jose Correia and his wife Denise, Paulo Correia and his wife Carmen and the late Ana Carreiro. Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey and Kevin Silva, Amanda Carreiro, Emily, Sophie, Marissa, Sabrina and Matthew Correia. Adored great- grandfather of Hayley and Emma Silva. Beloved brother of Maria Modesto, Aurino and Alfredo Correia, Olga and  Lucia Oliveira and the late Antonio and Manuel Correia. Loving companion of Helena Salgueiro. Also survived by nieces, nephews, many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral from the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., Cambridge on Saturday, February 18^th, 2017 at 8:00 am.  Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church, 400 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, Cambridge at 9:00 am. Visiting hours at the Funeral Home on Friday, February 17^th, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to St. Anthony’s Church.
