Alfredo Ragone of Cambridge passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 95, surrounded by his loving family.
Devoted husband of Lucia (Liambo) Ragone.
Loving father of Maria McCarthy, Luigi Ragone and his wife Lori, Patricia Rousseau and her husband Frank.
Cherished grandfather of Christopher McCarthy and his wife Abby, Kristina Ragone and her husband James Lynch, Chiara McCarthy and her husband Kyle Hanley, Alexa Anderson and her husband Shawn Anderson, Samantha Rousseau and Andrew Eddy, Nicholas Ragone and his wife Taylor, and Jesse Rousseau.
Adored great-grandfather of Greyson Anderson, William Lynch, Eleanor Lynch, and Wesley Anderson.
Beloved brother of Fernando Ragone of Salerno, Italy, and the late Ettore Ragone, Alfonso Ragone, Antonio Ragone, and Maria Pellegrino.
Also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
Visting hours at the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge Street in Cambridge, on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Sacred Heart Church, 49 Sixth Street in Cambridge at 10:00 am.
Interment will follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge.
Those wishing to travel in procession to the church and cemetery are asked to please meet at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 9:00 am.
