Mrs. Palmyra C. Hartnett

Hartnett, Palmyra (Chaves) of Cambridge, July 27^th, 2016 at age 87. Devoted mother of Paul G. Hartnett and his husband Dennis “Hobart” Giles, Laureen Hartnett, Michael Hartnett and his wife Kimberly Hartnett. Cherished Vovo of Anthony, Kayla and Zachary Hartnett and Amanda Laycox. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Funeral from the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., Cambridge on Saturday, July 30^th, 2016 at 8:00 am. Funeral mass at Sacred Heart Church in Cambridge at 9:00 am. Visiting hours Friday, July 29^th, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Palmyra was a lifelong resident of East Cambridge, the former President of the Tenant Council of Putnam Apartments, member of the East End Sunrise Club, and a retired longtime employee of Green Rubber Company of Cambridge.
