Furtado, Nelson M., of February 9^th, 2016 at age 63. Loving father of Linda Ann Franquiz and Valerie Santiago. Devoted son of Esmeralda (Meneses) and the late Aurelio Furtado. Cherished grandfather of Edward, Andrew and Alicea. Adored great-grandfather of Mariah Rose. Beloved brother of Jofre Furtado. Also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral from the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., Cambridge, Wednesday, February 17^th, 2016 at 8:00 am. Funeral mass at St. Anthony’s Church in Cambridge at 9:00 am. Visiting hours Tuesday, February 16^th, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial will be at the Massachusetts Veteran Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, February 17^th, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
