Mr. Joseph E. Chaves

Chaves, Joseph E. of Everett, December 7^th, 2015 at age 54. Devoted husband of Karen Ann (Invernizzi) Chaves. Loving father of Jessica Lynn, Stephanie Amber and Christopher Robert Chaves. Cherished son of Maria (Freitas) and the late Luis de Chaves. Beloved brother of Joao, Silvino “Serge”, Danny, and the late Antonio and Jose Chaves. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Joseph was a Chef with the Marriott for over 25 years and the Executive Chef at Long Wharf Marriott for the past 12 years. Funeral from the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., Cambridge Friday, December 11^th, 2015 at 10:00 am. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s Church in Union Square Somerville at 11:00 am. Visiting hours Thursday, December 10^th, 2015 from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
