Maria Da Conceicao Lowe (Morais) “Constance” of Medford, formerly of Somerville, passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 87.
Loving mother of John Lowe and his wife Carol Jean Lowe, Michelle Sullivan and her husband Earl Sullivan, Deborah Lowe and her husband William Zagarella.
Cherished grandmother of John Lowe Jr., Steven Morreale, Keith Morreale, Kelli Fowle, and Thomas Hannon III.
Beloved sister of Herbert Morais, and the late Manuel Morais, Joseph Morais, Odette Mamary, and Mary Angela Gracia.
Also survived by her adored great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held at the Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge Street, in Cambridge on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a prayer service being held in the funeral home at 1:30 pm.
All other services will be private.
