Bertina "Beth" Sousa

Sousa, Bertina "Beth" (DaSilva), of Somerville, July 18th , formerly of Cambridge. Wife of Carlos Sousa. Mother of Christopher and Michael Sousa. Daughter of Eduardina and the late Jose P. DaSilva. Sister of Jose R. DaSilva. Best friend of Palmira Santos. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A funeral service was held Tuesday at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Visiting hours for Bertina were Monday July 21 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. All family and friends were welcome to attend.  Employee of Doble Engineering, Watertown for over 28 years. in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bertina's name to the charity of one's choice. Interment was at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
