Clement Eversley
January 28, 1943 – July 20, 2026
Clement Eversley was born in Barbados on January 28, 1943. He was father to his three sons, David, Derrick, and Ricardo, and his one daughter, Mechelle. He was also a grandfather to seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was the beloved brother of the late Avril, Kenrick, Cecelia, Glendene, and Anderlene.
In his early twenties, Clement left Barbados and relocated to London, England, where he worked as a train conductor. He later settled in Boston, Massachusetts, where he built a career as a technician specializing in carpet installation and electrical work. He took great pride in his craft, excelled in his profession, and dedicated many years to work he genuinely enjoyed.
Clement will be remembered for his kind heart, compassionate spirit, and willingness to help anyone in need. Known to many as “Mr. Fix It,” Clement had a remarkable ability to repair just about anything. If something was broken, family and friends knew he was the person to call. His generosity and quiet strength touched the lives of many, and he found great fulfillment in serving others.
Clement is lovingly survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
He has gone to a better life where there is no pain and suffering., Where death is no more and tears can never stain the streets of that city.
The shadow of sadness hangs over us but it’s only a shadow.
A cloud is over us for a moment But thank God for behind that shadow is the bright sun. Which will shine and dispel the darkness.
May his soul rest in peace.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Clement on Saturday, September 5th, 2026, at 11:00 am.
