Loving brother of Katherine Moberg and her husband Carl of North Carolina, Brian McCarthy of Cambridge, Patricia Ryan of Somerville, and the late Timothy McCarthy, Kevin McCarthy, and Maureen Cameron.
Loving uncle to Melissa Long and her husband Robert of Middleboro, Eric Moberg and his wife Victoria of Florida, Timothy Cameron of Lowell, Matthew Cameron and his husband Jorge of California, Kristin Flores and her husband Edwin of Somerville, Maureen McCarthy of Roslindale, Kathleen McCarthy-Colon and her husband Eli of Randolph, and Myles (Mickey) Boulanger of Connecticut.
Also survived by many wonderful great-nieces and great-nephews.
Dan was a lifelong fan of The Boston Bruins, Red Sox & Patriots, Grateful Dead, and Rolling Stones.
A mass was said in Danny’s name on June 23rd at 6:00 pm at the chapel of Sacred Heart Church, 49 6th Street, in Cambridge.
