Marion B. Rockwood (Brewster), of Brookline, passed away peacefully on September
13, 2026, at the age of 86.
Marion was known for her sweet and gentle spirit and for the kindness she showed to
everyone she met. A woman of deep faith, she was a devoted parishioner of Sacred
Heart Church, where she faithfully attended Mass each Sunday. She found joy in life's
simple pleasures, including spending weekends watching tennis and time with those
she loved. Being Nana to her granddaughter, Aria, was one of the greatest blessings of
her life. The love they shared was deep and unmistakable, and Marion treasured every
moment spent with her. Their bond brought immeasurable joy to Marion and created
memories that will be cherished forever. Her warmth, compassion, and quiet grace
touched the lives of family, friends, neighbors, and all who had the privilege of knowing
her.
Loving mother of David B. Rockwood and his wife, Eni Bica, and the late James P.
Rockwood Jr. Devoted and loving Nana of Aria. Beloved sister of James Brewster
and the late Horatio H. Brewster. She is also survived by many loving relatives and dear

continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
