Marcia E. Brathwaite (McCollin) of Cambridge, formerly of St. Michael Barbados, passed away on June 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 69.
Loving mother of Natalie Jenrette and her husband Darrill, Vanessa Allen and her husband James.
Cherished grandmother of James C. Allen III, Joshua Allen, Caden Jenrette, Jacob Allen, Madison Jenrette, Isaiah Jenrette, and Jayla Allen.
Beloved sister of Sylvia Carmita Grimes, Phylis McCollin Skelton and her husband Silvester, Ralph McCollin, Wilfred McCollin, and the late George McCollin, Melvin McCollin, Joseph Tony Grimes, Ezbon Grimes, and Christopher Mappy McCollin.
Dear daughter of the late Eudora (Grimes) and Charles McCollin.
Adored aunt of Karon McCollin, Sandra McCollin, and Debra Grimes Elmore.
Also survived by a host of other nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation at St. Paul AME Church, 37 Bishop Allen Drive, in Cambridge on July 11, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
Funeral services will follow in the church at 11:00 am.
Internment will be at the Cambridge Cemetery.
