Jose A. Bairos of Cambridge, formerly of Somerville, passed away on May 20, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Devoted husband of Jesuina “Gina” Bairos (Ricardo).
Loving father of Daniel Bairos, Alicia Bairos, Melissa Mohammadipour and her husband Shaheen, Michelle Mazzola and her husband Phillip.
Cherished grandfather of Tristan Bairos, Gavin Mohammadipour, Mason Mohammadipour, Nathan Mazzola, and Jonathan Mazzola.
Beloved brother of Livia Bairos, Margarida Resendes, and the late Angela Cabral.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass at St. Catherines Church, 185 Summer Street in Somerville on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 am.
Those wishing to travel in procession to the church and cemetery are asked to please meet at the funeral home in Cambridge on Tuesday morning at 9:00 am.
