Maria Coutinho, of Cambridge, MA, passed away on March 22nd, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of the late Arthur Coutinho.
Loving mother of Celestino and Lurdes Coutinho, Ray Coutinho, Mary Coutinho, Connie Sousa, Lucy and Bob Crisman, Maggie Ferreira and Paul Coutinho.
Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.
Maria will be remembered most for her devotion to her family, and her kind heart. The joy and love she had for her Portuguese heritage was evident whenever she visited the Azores. Her legacy lives on in the love she shared and the memories she leaves behind.
She is now at rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Visitation hours will be held at Roger’s Funeral Home in Cambridge, MA on Wednesday, March 25th from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
A funeral mass will take place at St. Anthony’s Church in Cambridge, MA on Thursday, March 26th at 10:00 am, followed by a burial at Cambridge Cemetery.
