Devoted husband of Clarita M. Atwell (Guevara). Loving father of Michelle M. Atwell, Edward J, Atwell and his wife Danielle, Patrick J. Atwell and his wife Dympna and Christine Atwell. Also survived by his 14 cherished grandchildren, 5 adored great-grandchildren, as well as many other loving relatives and friends.

In his younger days Edward enjoyed riding motorcycles, but his true passion was the enthusiasm he had playing the guitar for his wife (who he wrote a song for), children and grandchildren. He was very artistic and loved drawing, especially cartoons, most days he could be seen out walking around the neighborhood, where he spent time socializing with neighbors, friends and local store owners.
