Denise was a very strong and independent woman! I'll miss her angelic laugh and all her funny stories, especially how excited she got when telling a very juicy one. She'll never be forgotten by those she met! Working with her has been a great pleasure.

I got to know Denise when I became an inmate (I hear Denise laughing!) At Youville House. She was the most important person in the dining room, though I imagine she wasn't paid what she was worth. Let's not forget our sharing a smoke in the rain.
