Rivieccio, Joseph Jr. “Joe”, of Medford, October 2, 2021, at age 69.
Loving father of Jessica Lyn Rivieccio. Cherished grandfather of Giana Lyn Rivieccio. Son of the late Joseph and Maria Lucillia Rivieccio. He leaves behind his former wife and friend, Maureen E. Rivieccio. Beloved brother of Louis Rivieccio, and the late Anthony F. Rivieccio, Walter Rivieccio, Frank Rivieccio, Margaret Medeiros and Georgiana Jones. Godfather to Anthony James Rivieccio. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
Joe was a graduate of Hull High School class of 1971. He was elected class president his senior year. He wanted to last until his 50th reunion this October, but was called Home. Joe loved to travel. He spent many years square and round dancing around the U.S. He adored his family and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home, in Cambridge on Friday, October 8, 2021, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The interment will be private.
Joe worked at the Boston Truck Company on First Street in Cambridge as an accountant from 1976 until they closed in 2006.
