Jodi, Jeff, Abby, Nate, Nancy, Donna and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of Mary while growing up in the neighborhood and being part of the St. Joe’s community. She will be in my prayers and I’m glad I had the time I did with her.

My heart goes out to all of you. May she Rest In Peace.

To All of Mary's Family,
I had the honor of being Mary's primary care doctor for probably 20 years. Mary was always a caring, concerned and outgoing person, interested in me as much as I was in her--what we, in the Jewish tradition call a mensch ( a true Human Being). She never failed to wish me the best on all the Jewish holidays, and kept up the tradition by mailing me holiday cards several times a year after my retirement in 2019. We also talked on the phone and as amazed as I was that she was still alive in September, when last we spoke, she sounded good and never complained. I was thrilled to be able to keep up the connection.
I only found out that Mary passed away when I, on a hunch, looked her up online just now and found that she has been gone a month. I'm sorry I am reaching out so belatedly.

Mary was a special person, and I was privileged to know her. I will miss her.

Leora Fishman
