Cardoso, Manuel N., of Medford, September 23, 2020 at age 74.
Devoted husband of Maria Leontina Cardoso (da Rosa). Loving father of Nelson Cardoso and his wife Julieta Cardoso, Oscar Cardoso and his wife Karla Cunha-Cardoso, Jason Cardoso and his wife Jaclyn Cardoso. Cherished grandfather of Isabella Rose Cardoso and Sophia Rose Cardoso. Beloved brother of Maria Azevedo and her husband Joao Azevedo of Canada. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
Manuel was a member of the St. Anthony’s Filarmonica Band in Cambridge, Banda Recreativa Portuguese of Peabody, The Sao Joao Holy Ghost Society of Cambridge, Faialense Sporting Club of Cambridge, Tuna Popular of Somerville and Cambridge, was a musician with the Portuguese Folk Lore Group in Cambridge, a member of the Carnival Group in Cambridge and Peabody, and a musician with the Rancho and Natal groups in Cambridge and Somerville.
Due to covid-19, all services will be private at this time, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
