Cherished grandmother of Dakota and Skylar Chaves. Beloved sister of Paula Lopes, Agueda Silveira, Paulo Jorge Silveira and the late Jose Manuel Silveira. Former wife of Carlos N. Chaves. Maria worked for many years in Dining Services at Harvard University, and also at the Burlington Coat Factory.
