Maria M. da Rosa, of Somerville, passed away on August 22, 2019 at age 66 following a long illness. Maria was born on September 25, 1952 in Pico, Acores, to Maria (Fula) and Manuel da Rosa. Maria enjoyed cooking for her family, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her close friends. But what she cherished the most was the time she shared with her 3 granddaughters. Maria is survived by her daughter Danielle M. Auld, daughter in law Sara Boudreau. granddaughters Camryn, Cory and Cayde, sister Luzia M. Baron, nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. Visiting hours will be at Rogers Funeral Home, 380 Cambridge St., Cambridge on Sunday Aug.25 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a service in the funeral home at 12:00 pm.
