Kathleen was a proud U.S. Army Air Force WWII Veteran. She was a Past State Committee Woman of the Department of Mass. American Legion, Past Commander American Legion Post # 377, Past President of the Somerville Allied Veterans Council, a 50 year member of the D.A.V., Adjutant, of American Legion Somerville Post # 388, Quarter Master George Dilboy Post #529 Honor Society of Women Veterans 20–4 and a retired Cambridge Hospital Employee.
